A code of ethics is a set of ideas that information the conduct of people in a specific career or group. The NASW Code of Ethics is a set of moral ideas that information the follow of social employees. It was first developed in 1960 and has been revised a number of instances since then.
The NASW Code of Ethics relies on the values of service, social justice, dignity and value of the individual, significance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. It gives steerage on a variety of moral points that social employees could face of their follow, corresponding to confidentiality, knowledgeable consent, and conflicts of curiosity.
